I have the game, I just need to transplant my 7600 ram to my alderlake system to test. I might do it later, but I really really doubt 12900k gets half or less framerate. Anyways, ill check
Going off the figures in that video it was like 300+ish fps. I’m sure if you use the fastest memory it’ll be faster but by how much.

Sure, but how many are there, and how many frames are you getting at them already? Because going from 700 to 900 fps in valorant is kind of useless.

It helps massively in some games:

The 1% lows can be quite low in Fallout 4 especially with mods or extensive base building. The game loves Intel CPUs,but the Ryzen 7 5800X3D pushes performance upto parity with Intel CPUs. BTW,if you could add some 12900K and 13900K scores to that thread it would be great!

I know the 3d cache gives insane results in some games. Its a great tool if you specifically play one of those games (like msfs for example) but its kind of meh in the rest of games. Amds cpu need to be competitive in gaming without the 3d cache, so when they actually strap the 3d cache on one of their cpus, its going to be a slaughter leaving intel a generation or two behind. Sadly zen 4 is behind intel in games, and so i still think raptorlake will keep the crown for all around gaming performance.

Well in that thread someone found the Ryzen CPUs had a lot more issues with L3 hit rates,so the extended cache seems to have helped with it. Might be one of the downsides of the designs AMD is using!

Just tested it with the 13900, too bored to transplant stuff to the 12900k. Everything at stock, I got 850 to 1.2k fps in the tutorial and 600 to 850 in a normal match.

Sounds like an Intel problem....
More like a star citizen problem, but it doesn't matter, you can turn off ecores with a single button on your keyboard while being in windows, so yeah.
Do you consider the mediocre performance in some games with 2x ccds on the 7950x an AMD problem or are you just biased? :P

Isn't that the game that has problem with ecores and you need to disable them to triple your framerate? Yeah, great example
Err does this actually work? Maybe that’s why my 13900k is acting so strange in this game.

I must give this a go if so. I’ve tried everything else without much luck.

Don't know anything about this game but I don't see some major problem on intel. 13600k 4100mhz ddr4. Just my regular daily.

Every time there is a AMD launch you seem to show up banging your Intel drum

All your posts are pro Intel
and negative AMD though.
How so? In my last post I said the decreased gaming performance caused by 2xCCDs isnt an amd problem, how is that negative for amd? I really think you are too far gone into fanboying. This is sadly usual with amd proponents, they get too invested for some reason.

Yeah, the game probably ignores the windows scheduler and sends threads to the ecores. You don't need to disable them from the bios though, there are many ways around it

No you said this

Which definatleyreads like a not so subtle dig at AMD. Just own it dude, your Intel all the way, we all figured it out many moons ago.
