Wow, thank you so much bro :)
which ram do you have?

try these timings if you can please
MC auto (bios reads. 1.430-1.439)
VDD 1.435 but i think you going to need around 1.47 at least, try 1.435 first though.
VDDQ 1.4

Okay results are in DX12 performs best with the 7950X3D @HappySheep @Robert896r1 @Drayvn @01001101 @NirK

I have G.SKILL 2x 16 GB DDR5 6000Mhz CL30 / F5-6000J3038F16G

Let me try these timings and will re-run bench.

Yeah same ram as you bro, i will try your settings now. Let you know. lets see.
disable this because you lose performance with it on

here is my new timings depending on yours:
however, still im behind you brother. i guess i missed some settings or did wrong ? can you check please.

Here is the differences i saw it:

My VSOC (SMU) is: 1,3500V - yours: 1,2800V
My tREFI is: 11677 - yours: 65535
My tREFI(ns) is: 3892,333 - yours: 21845.001

My Latency is bad 62.3 ns, write is also bad.

yeah you can change SoC to 1.28 and tREFI to max and then do a watchdog legion benchmark with memory integrity disabled.
dont worry about latency being higher it's because X3D CPU

wtf something very wrong because i get better fps on 7700x haha you should be getting atleast 40 fps more then that.

yes im getting less fps, i did everything you said bro. I dont know what to do more :(. Have any idea ?
tbh no clue because I'm waiting for 7800X3D. Is your power plan on balanced? core isloation/memory integrity off? maybe disable the non 3d cache in bios and make sure you running full screen. I don't know what else tbh, I mean you could remove bloat and optimize windows but I'm not sure that is going to give much if any at all.

try the above suggestions because there is no way you should be getting that low.

and change these 3 in bios aswell disabled disabled and UCLK=MEMCLK

i just used now process lasso and cpu affinity & cpu sets to CCD0 with V-Cache ones only.

Here is the results:

I still think you missing another 15-20fps atleast or maybe you get worse performance on windows 11 I'm not sure.

You should be about 10fps less then Matt i think and he is using re bar off so i think he could get another 10fps with rebar on

power plan was on Balanced, core isolation/memory integrity off yes

Yes maybe need to disable CCD1 non cache ones. But process lasso doing in windows, so i believe no need to set to disable non cache cores on BIOS.

In running benchmark at fullscreen always.

Im Using Windows 11 latest updated. 22H2

I dont think its related about windows11.

I will make the settings you said now, let see…

Yes still lower than Matt, however Matt is overclocked his CPU, he using curve optimizer.

I did not do anything on CPU, completely runs at default bios settings.

If @LtMatt share his BIOS overclock settings, i might try again benchmark.

My cpu is stock, but it is tuned with curve optimiser. I’m also running tuned memory and fclk. I got slightly better performance with rebar off, however you can try both on and off.

I don’t use hyper v, memory integrity or any of that it’s all disabled as it just eats some performance. Your results look about right, but could be improved with proper hardware and software optimisation.

If you have to use process lasso to get better performance, that tells me somethings not completely right with your setup. I don’t use anything like that, I just make sure I use the bullet points I posted a few pages back and have a clean, up to date os.

I use Win 10 and 11 22H2, and Windows 11 is definitely faster overall in games.

I'm looking to move to a 7800X3D / 7900XTX from an i7-8086K / 2070S. Any recommendations on an AM5 motherboard + RAM? This machine will be used purely for gaming and a tiny bit of streaming.
