Samsung Galaxy S... highest spec Android phone released... also with QWERTY!

Think my next phone will have to be one of these from what I've read.
Ill be changing from a iPhone 3G so not much difference in terms of appearance...

Best deal I've managed to find is £30 a month + £10 for the phone. Which is for 100mins, 500txts and 1GB internet on an 18 month contract with Vodaphone. Im guessing as its with voda it will be 16GB model too?

Is that a good deal or are there better out there?
 
Well its seems I cant buy apps from the Market with my Visa Debit card or Mastercard Debit and as I don't have or want a Credit Card it looks like I doomed for paid apps.
Ridiculous to be honest.

Any one else have this problem & got round it?

Phones going back if I can't resolve this as the only reason I changed from WinMo was because of the Market..

Oh and creative Mobiles.co.uk are doing a £25pm deal..

Strange as my Visa debit card works fine. Are you sure you entered the details correctly? I messed mine up on the phone, hadn't got used to the onscreen keyboard, but I created my google checkout account on the pc and then it worked perfectly.

Doh...got a new card last month & I hadn't edited it in Checkout...works fine now...:mad:

Ahh nice cheers mate, loving this phone, new to android but completely adoring it now, swype feature is imense!

Now to download some apps, where to start! :o

Someone on XDA said those are really bad, but it could have been a different variant :p

The best cases are the Zenus ones, although they arent easy to get hold of.

If I get a Galaxy S I'll do my best to source one of these -

Image takes a minute to load (for me anyway :p) but they look like superb cases.

Probably are cack fella but for 3 quid I'll risk it.

I've always liked the slip case style covers for some reason and really don't like hard shells or rubber cases at all.

If that one I've bought is dump I'll probably just end up getting a ZAGG invisi-shield.

F-sake, a version of this with qwerty keyboard and 4G radio to be released by Sprint (my carrier) sometime. Was just about to commit to the Evo :(
God I hate updating phones, can never decide!
 
Morning, got an issue with my texts. Basically the chat
bubble aren't going in order no more. I have to scroll through the messages to find the one I just sent which is highly annoying, any one know how to fix this!? I've just sent one now and its I'm the middle of all the texts sent yesterday :s

Its cack and doesn't even fit properly :D
