lozza69er, when you restored from the hidden partition, did it start from scratch and ask you to re-partition C: and D: again?

Got my black one today, it is gorgeous but very much a fingerprint magnet. If this concerns you then you may want to opt for the white. Personally I don't mind one bit. The hardest thing to get used to is the small touch pad but I am impressed with the technology behind it. It's cool to be able to to do things like pinch zoom that even my 1 year old Dell XPS M1530 can't do. The screen is beautiful and bright and the sound is up to what I would expect from a machine like this. I am very happy with this netbook and I think anyone who gets one will be too.

So it's a glossy black as opposed to a satin black then ?
I can confirm it is most definitely a glossy finish as opposed to satin and that the screen is not glossy which is a really nice touch. I'm happy to answer more questions and I would post pictures but I'm at work!

I agree that the touchpad takes a bit of getting used to, partly because it’s not recessed into the body of the laptop so I’ve found my finger slipping off the edge; only noticing when the cursor stops moving on the screen. It does look good though.

In may case, wifi has been fine, there are some newer drivers on the samsung website which may help those having problems
But shouldn't Samsung Update do that itself? or would you have to d/l the latest drivers?
