Looks like they got the core to 1355Mhz and memory to 8.4Ghz when overclocking.
Yea they still don't have added voltage like the other reviews. Until they do its a waiting game.
The Sapphire Radeon RX 480 Nitro + OC is under load with 77 degrees ( 4GB ) and 78 degrees Celsius ( 8GB ) significantly warmer than the Asus Radeon RX 480 Strix , which remains nearly ten degrees cooler with 69 degrees in OC mode . The significantly larger DirectCU cooler Asus makes itself at the temperatures thus clearly noticeable .
1.15v core 1.0v memory with a fan target of 75c at either 2000 or 2300 rpm.
Max temps from stock bios 1/2 is 75/78
if you take the time to convert this review into English then the conclusion is
either their test card 8gb was poor, or these are pre clocked to the limits of noise and voltage threshold. Higher clocks will require greater fan noise and voltage.
All those still believing it'll clock to 1500-1600 need to face reality.
Just wait and see. It's been proven that given the voltage the stock chip can do over 1500mhz at 1.35v. Whether these air coolers can cope is another story but I have put 1.35v through my 290 no problem with the pcs+ cooler. I would hazard a guess my 290 would be pulling a lot more power and putting out more heat in doing so.
not going to happen, 1.15 v is already at 75-80c with a fairly loud fan.
For that review of that card. 1500 has not been proven on air as it's crazy voltage using 1.35v on air
With linear scaling the best you will see on air with say a cooler much better like powercolor rx480 would be 1400-1450 with luck.

Anyone know what happened to the 30 first-batch cards that Gibbo mentioned? I placed my pre-order on the 2nd so I'm curious to see if I made it into the first thirty.
For all my negative comments about the asus cooler, it seems to be about 10 degrees cooler running than the Nitro's, and quieter. (I think we can say that 10 mhz difference is not going to make that much difference.)
Maybe i shouldn't be surprised just given the sheer surface area of Asus's cooler, and an extra fan?
Gives me a lot of hope for the powercolor devil.
It's awfully quiet in here today.
If only stock would turn up early. I'm running out of PS4 games to finish off.
Really looking forward to mine and Powercolor have finally added semi passive cooling so it won't always sound like a jet, which my previous PCS didn't have...
Just hope we get oc tools out soon which allow us to easily push past 1.15v 24/7. I reckon with a bit of luck the devil may take it. I realise the stock clocks are 1330MHz but unless they've done something wrong I can't believe a cooler that size won't do a good job.
!
The first page of this post said there were 27 orders in the first 5 mins, I think we are out of luck. Do you remember if you ordered before that comment?
Sapphire card tested:

Overall, around 8% faster than the reference card.
