Yes for sure, we got 1360MHz OC stable, 1380MHz for benchmarks, this was with stock voltage. With voltage (Trixx 3.0 hopefully) and waterblock then indeed some will hit over 1400MHz, maybe even close to 1500MHz. But higher will be extreme modified cards voiding warranty.
 
It was on the second page that the cards would arrive for pre-orders at end of July / August time. And looks like as usual Overclockers are right on the money. I might get mine this week. And thanks to the wait i am going to order a new PSU & case for myself.

Edit .. looks like a new keyboard too :)
