I agree about the catch ups, even if it was a feature on the shopping part of the site. If you pre-order something you get random etas? Im hoping it will be posted by this Friday.
 
Well I couldn't resist asking the question last week, but my reply included the statement "our system is not set up to give an accurate queue position so this is a best guess" or words to that effect so I wouldn't hold on too hard to whatever number you have been given.

If he's been waiting 3 weeks the chances are he's not going to wait much longer, Gibbo is doing a good job of pulling stock in, they are chewing through it.....

When the cards arrive and go into stock they probably just print and ship the back orders via order number rather than an actual queue number they hold for each pre-ordered item.
 
Stick it out a little longer if you can. Got mine on Thursday and I was 10th in the queue. Order placed within minutes of them being posted.

Well worth the wait though. Only run a few games at 1080p but all have run at Ultra, and I've not even begun trying to OC it yet. Think I'll wait for the new Trixx before I give that a go.

Maybe the one you were told last week didn't include for Amazon payment orders. They're not on the same system or something.

I ordered on 5th and was told I was "around" 200 before the first batch came in last week so your queue position makes no sense to me if you ordered on 12th!

I've no idea how the queue seems to work just never expected to go
down :confused:

Surely you should have had by now! if you ordered on the 5th, others have had their cards delivered.

Well I was told just an hour ago in my web note response that ETA for more stock is still 5th of August, as previously mentioned by OCUK staff in the forums. So don't expect your position to change before then (no point in asking again and again), unless of course you cancel/reorder.

I'm pretty sure we'll get an update around then. The most important thing obviously is the number of cards Sapphire actually deliver. The more the better and the queue can move really fast.
 
My web not response today was:

"Thank you for your webnote, we have had stock arrive but there was not enough to cover the pre-orders but we hope for more stock, today, next week or the 12th August, fingers crossed sorry for the delay, in terms of the queue position 195, have a great day."
 
I need to ask a silly question .As i paid through Amazon does OCUK take the payment off my credit card or off my Amazon balance (either way is fine i have plenty in both) ,just curious as i have never used this payment method before? O.o
