Saxxxo VTR

Well I picked her up today, and despite a brief insurance scare i'm very impressed.

Quinn got my date of birth screwed up on my initial quote of £1275 so the repayments went up to £130 a month, I was bit angry but hey.

Anyway the car is great, the ride is erm..........quite hard and you feel every bump lol :)

I filled it to the brim after driving it 50 miles home..........£33.

How many city miles would I be looking at?

How much is a new front fog light bulb?

They didnt always have such a bad image. It depends where you go though and what the local chavs/neds drive. I was surprised to see one the other week in an RX7.
 
Well i've spent 3 hours on her today, making her look good (washing the lot) and it looks superb. I couldnt take pic's as it was dark:S

I changed the front fog bulb (£3) but I haven't got a clue how to change the one thats out on the number plate.

I have a feeling my discs need changing as I get judder when braking hard.

Other than that, it's a wicked little car and I'm in love with it. :D

Prize the plastic cover off from the outside using a two very small screwdrivers, chances are the cover will crack a tiny bit, but it will still go back on alright. The bulb is the same as a sidelight or interior bulb. 501 capless jobbie.
 
Ahh so you don't need to get to it from the boot. I saw the clips and said to my mate i'd ask on here first. :)

When it goes in for a service, another few months yet, how much are Citreon likely to charge me for new break pads an disks?

Is it cheaper for me to get ones similar to cymatty?

A lot cheaper, and better quality, Citroen wanted £65 ex vat for a set of rear discs. :rolleyes:
