Seeing SetiClassic off in style!

For people that have two clients running and want to be able to see the progress of both of them, SetiGate (available HERE), works really well and the instructions are easy to follow. It can cache up to 999 woos, so its perfect if youve got a borged network. Plus it shows you your stats and the stats of the team.

Excellent. If someone could pick out a client for an x86, Gentoo box I'd appreciate it. Will I need something like seti driver in order for 2 clients to run, like I have to on my doze box?

With all the extra machines crunching away, are we actually closing the gap between us and the Germans quick enough yet?

It takes a while for the stats to update and people can also have crunched units in their cache ready to be sent.

And I can also imagine that the people running multiple computers at home and at work need some time to install Classic on them.

 I missed this thread completely :(

I will switch my [email protected] to Classic tonight, will be fun to see how fast it crunches Classic units

Any changes to the commandline client 3.03, Seti Driver or Setispy?
Can I just run it again as I still have it installed?

Thanks for that, I think I still have all those files installed on my machine and they are haven't changed so I think I can just stop Boinc and start Setispy :)

But the files/links might help other people that want the correct version.

Yeah, you'd hate to have the machine unproperly burned-in. Hehe. :D
Running Seti can also be help in determining if the cooling is good enough and it helps the AS to settle faster/better.

Haha, I might stash for a week. Stashing is fun. Except when your computer cocks up and deletes your stash, which isn't. :p

No stashing please (except maybe for a day to suit your network connectivity needs), at this stage in the game we can't afford to run a risk of loosing WUs from any crashes. Every one counts.
