Some of them are actually, including the OP of this thread, his argument for banning twitter/x.com seems to be made solely on the basis that he's one of those people who gets very triggered about Elon.
People don't seem to be able to separate the platform from the main owner, twitter/x.com is a free speech platform that contains posts from a variety of people across the political spectrum, in terms of left/right content it's pretty balanced overall (split is like 50:50 even after the exodus of some very angry people to BlueSky), but the mere fact that there are right-wing posters, "anti woke" campaigners etc.. or indeed people with racist or sexist views or transphobic or whatever views on there and they can't be banned so easily seems to trigger people.
But OCUK already has family-friendly forum rules, just because Twitter allows say nudity doesn't mean you're permitted to post a tweet containing nudity on OCUK forums... just because a tweet contains a racial slur doesn't mean you're permitted to post that tweet on OCUK forums, just because Twitter allows war footage doesn't mean... and so on.
So banning Twitter for that reason would be pointless as tweets/posts that are embedded here already have to comply with OCUK forum rules if embedded in threads, the only argument left then becomes Elon bad etc.
