one of the main reasons i cant use OCUK, amtrak are an TERRIBLE company. 1 parcel never showed up, and other parcels i did get are always damaged... thank god OCUK packed the goods well and they was undamaged inside.

Spie, do you mind me askign what you pay for a delivery?
As I have a contract setup with Business Post, where every delivery for anything below the weight of 15KG is charged to me at £5.50.
This is a contract where I usually use their service for about 2-3 deliveries a day.
Newver usualyl have any probs either, in 3 years I have only ever had 2 customers saying that they have had a damaged package. And they always deliver the next day for the £5.50
