chips were awesomeAnd vinegar? GTFO, vinegar only has a place on chippy chips.
They're not even near to being burnt! i admit they do look it, but they were quite soft actually.
First time ive done chips in veg oil, normally i use ground nut oil but was all out, and the colour is quite different.
