Boerewors inspired by Glaucus' thread a while back:

Totally forgot to photograph the wors... I think I know what Glaucus did when he forgot too - watched it cook and due to the excitement dived into eating it without thinking photography! :D

Needless to say it was fantastic, and my South African friend gave it the thumbs up and native seal of approval. :P
 
This was my attempt at the pizza from Jamie Oliver's 30 minute meals. Probably took me about 20 mins to do, could have done it in about 15 though I think if the kitchen had been tidy to begin with.

All the dishes pictured and described on this page look/ sound good, i'm a chef and would be proud to put any in front of customers. The insulting posts above show a lack of food knowledge.
 
Awesome. It's like half osso bucco, half bourgignon, kinda. It's great though. 150c in the oven for 4hrs. Beef, marrow, pancetta, carrots diced, onion, tomato puree, white wine, rosemary and fresh stock. Tasty!

I quite liked it, but my girlfriend was not so impressed, the recipe required shrimp paste and she hates raw fish smell.
