It's seriously tasty, I took the idea from watching Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage when he made them for a load of Builders I think.
It only takes about 10minutes to do and is great for making the night before and taking to work (Uni in my case!).
1 Quick Cook Egg Noodle Nest
1/2 Stock Cube (Veg/Chicken)
Stir Fry veg - 3x Handfuls (depending on Jar size)
3 Finely Chopped Spring Onions
Grated Garlic - 1 Clove
Grated Ginger - Teaspoon
2 deseeded Chillis - Adjust to your own preference, I use Powder and about 3 teaspoons of that. The kick is what really makes it imo.
Put it all in a jar, boil the kettle, cover it to just above the ingredients and pop the lid on and let it sit for 8-10minutes, pop it up open and put 2 dashes of Soy Sauce in and eat
I hope/don't think I've missed anything
!
You can pretty much chuck whatever you want in really, if you want it like a curry pot noodle etc then just put in the spices accordingly. It's great!
