You have to try it, it's chewy and gooey and just an amazing texture. Plenty of whipped cream on top, then either fruit or go down the choclate route.

Looks nice to me monkentage.

I don't think you need to spoil the dish itself by adding meat, but you could always serve it as a side to something. Maybe spicy chicken or lamb?

Slow cooked lamb shank in chilli, garlic, cumin, cinammon, paprika,red wine, garnished with mint

Carrots were oven cooked in white wine, butter and rosemary

Baked some brownies over the weekend.



And just ate some Bhut Jolokia curry, and boy does it live up to its reputation!

Had to drink a glass of milk whilst eating, and I am not sure how I am going to survive the leftovers for lunch at work tomorrow :D
