It is meant to get both the little guy, and a section of the food in focus.

so the focus pane is cut at a 45 degree angle because the little guy is behind the food.

I want to try and not waste a thing in Feb, so had some clementines leftover needed eating. Instead I made a cake.

Then got a bit baking happy and made some white rolls.

And started smoking this:

Golden smokeyness.

Pulled, pre mop.

All done. Homemade everything bar chips. BBQ sauce, chili sauce, rolls and pork. OK, not the mayo too, but you know. Smoked on cherry wood. Bliss.
