Alex, your ram isn't running in dual channel.

You need to remove the second stick and put it in the third memory slot.

Cool thanks! Will do. That must mean that Intel is slightly different to the AMD boards I've been using where the dual channels are next to one another.

If you squint hard - you can see one DIMM there just about - 4gb, one slot....

Its barely noticeable as its super-duper-value no chunky heat spreader RAM

Looking at that GTX 460 of, pc_monkey's... isn't that how graphic cards are suppose to go now with them hitting 28nm... smaller? not thicker and longer...

Transistor count is still increasing, so a smaller process doesn't really mean a smaller card.
