Show us your kitty cats

No pictures for me unfortunetely.

Spike hasnt been home in nearly two months, he hasnt been away this long before (he is 6).

He has been away for 2 weeks sometimes during the summer, but this time, well, I dont thi k we will be seeing him again.

:(

I'm sure you've done everything but have you logged her as lost with the local vets/chip company etc?

Is there a lost and found Facebook group near you that you could post in?

Put pics up in the local area in case someone has catnapped him?

Avoid fish, fish is not actually natural to a cats diet, and fish bones I wouldn't give them either. Stick to chicken, rabbit, beef & lamb. Do not feed them pork.

Wait just a mo... is beef and lamb natural to a cat's diet? I wouldn't have thought so! :p

There's an island in Japan where the cats eat fish every day, and seem to be thriving...

Yes of course, just depends on the size of the cat ;) But then even the smallest of cats have big cats within them. I think they all suffer from a little "short man sydrome".

Bugsy is one year old soon, and look at him now.

Anyone ever had their cat suddenly start acting as if they were afraid of you? It's been happening a couple days now, so not because of bonfire night.

Will sit on her own in a dark place in a room far away from me (and not move for hours), and will run and hide if approached?

I've not treated her any differently, been no incidents, haven't shouted at her or anything. But now she's apparently terrified of me?

Tbh it probably is because of fireworks there hearing is much better than ours, Can hear further etc.

Yeah. Our cat usually hides behind the sofa for about three days. When the nearby ones go off he flinches. Poor thing.

Same thing New Years Eve.

Use treats, lots of them ;) Pets are easy to win over.

Our boys aren't too bad with fireworks, they're normally just a little unsettled for a few days (or a week let's face it with the amount that are set off these days).

Any chance she could be poorly FoxEye and doesn't want to be picked up because she's not feeling herself ?

My three don't seem bothered by the fireworks. Lola and Bruce came in but we're sat at the windows watching. Dave was outside with them all going off, and happily trotted in at 8:45

Tillys hates them, she usually finds me and I hide her under something but has to have some contact with me and she settles otherwise she hides under our bed

Whiskey had a few "THE HELL WAS THAT??!" face moments last night but then ignored them and fell asleep on top of his tower/tree... lol.
