Moving On....

Gen 7 Celica GT got it to replace the Fiesta ST I had before. Only have the one pic at the min as my phone won't sync with windows 7 :(

My car? It is 'Thunder Grey' I nealy got one in Sahara Sun but they sold it the day before :(

Thanks for the nice words, I wanted something that was a little bit more unique compared to the Fiesta and this fitted the bill perfectly since DC5's were out of touch due to insurance costs.
 
Yeah always liked the Celica too, i borrowed one about a 2 years ago (when i worked for a leasing company) really liked everything about it, but was dissapointed by the performance, if i remember correctly it was the T or T Sport model, so top of the range at the time. It just lacked any real grunt, it just seemed to rev its nuts off and not go anywhere.

Has this improved with the later models?
 
Yeh I love it! I loved the fiesta but this is just something different. It's the biggest car I have ever driven (both engine and actual size) and it copes well with being chucked about and it and does get its share of looks when you drive through town (due to the love/hate it body kit) .

Can't really compare the two cars a great deal as I feel they are just completely opposite. The Celica is 190bhp the same as the T-sport (basically is a T-sport just with a tweak here and there and a body kit) and you do have to work it to get it to going, similar I'd imagine to as you have to with the Honda's (the lift kicks in at 6k but isn't anywhere near as violent as the Vtec in the Type-R's).

I'm not really too good at writing about car's but i'm extremely happy with it and it does leave me with a big grin. :)
