It was a joke! If you have to have it explained to you then it will hard for you to "get" it.
We all know Adz has an amazing collection of cars. Big underground garage. He's not short of money.
He buys an F40. We ALL know this is amazing.
However the joke is that he has a dirty garage floor - so the F40 is ignored as if that was not an important thing, to make a point that the garage is dirty. Thus we're not impressed with the F40 because the floor is dirty and detracts from the awesomeness of the car.
That's completely killed the joke - but anyway, the rest of us got it!
