@MrMagoo - absolutely the correct choice. You can really see the amazing detail on the wheels now.

@scottyp27 - really like your 996, what year is it? I’d always be tempted to go back to orange indicators with one of these. If you bought it last year you could probably sell it for a profit now, it’s impossible to get a really cheap one anymore. Glad you’re enjoying it!

My first experience of the car in the dry and to sum it up - SENSATIONAL! :)
 
Washed the truck for the first time in ages.

Started to wash the Lincoln after taking it down to the lake and noticed it has a crack in the front alloy and a bulge in the tyre so that’s off to get fixed.

Car market seems to have gone a bit crazy in the last month or two (I guess everything moves a bit slower here!) so I’ve put them both up for sale for what I consider to be a fair bit more than they’re worth and definitely a lot more than I paid, let’s see if I get any interest.
 
Picked up this 2008 630i with only 54k on the clock this weekend. Had a 700 miles round trip to pick it up, Plymouth - Norwich return.

It has been the only low mileage, full BMW history, manual gearbox car that I have seen for a while, so when this came up I jumped at it.

Nice! A 3.0 M54 and a 3.0 N52. I see a trend :p

Why hold out for a manual though? The auto 'box from that generation wasn't so bad, and it's not like the E63 was a sports car. Dare I ask how much?
