If they cut the last 30 cm off the back of that car it would be an Audi TT.

I mean it's a nice looking car, but are Peugeot designers so devoid of any imagination that they can't come up with an original shape? I mean, we're not talking about copying certain "lines" off other cars which has been done for decades - this is nearly a carbon copy from the front and side!

Why didnt you just buy an Audi, i honestly cant see the point of this car.

It does look nice, but why on earth didn't Peugeot redesign the front headlights! It looks like a 308 if you look at it from the front :(

The interior door handles, gear stick and handbrake look poor to me. The rest looks ok.

DiamondMark - the equivalent TT will probably be ~£8k more new. I presume that's the point of it.

That looks kinda cool, not my cup of tea but I think it looks nice. I dont think it looks like a TT maybe the roof line looks similar and the size but thats it. This is where CRZ sales are going i'd imagine, people want more poke in that kind of car

Well yea i suppose there is that :)

I'm guessing that the design of the front is so close to the 308 because of the development cycle for this car was especially short. The whole thing is based on a stretched and widened 308 platform and resusing as many other components as possible. Also I think the redesigning the front end for a new model in a tight timescale was probably a departure too far from the rest of the brand.

I did look at all sorts before buying it BMW 3 coupe, Audi A5 S-line, Audi TTRS, Focus RS, Porsche Cayman, but to me nothing felt as special look at, to sit in and to drive as the RCZ.

I glanced at the images quickly and thought, "Oh cool, a new TT, let's have a closer look"

And then it turned out to be a Peugeot with an identity crisis and an interior that's half decent and half cheap looking!!

No offence :(

It looks nice in general inside but you look below the leather wrapped topping and it's the typical hollow plastic you get on the usual Pug/Vauxhall/Renault etc.

love how everyone is an interior snob these days

must be the in-thang, yo. zomgplasticz etc.

It's pretty important when you consider that it's a modern 25k+ car.

You get a tighter built interior in 7year old cars that cost less than half that, for example.

If you can understand why people want a nice living room, you can understand why people want a nice cabin.

a living room is a place you relax in, part of your home, a big aspect of home living. a car is a means of transport between A and B, realistically you can't compare the two. but that sure as hell doesnt look like a nightmare to 'live' in.

because you've seen the production line and associated construction processes following this car yourself? or just saw the badge and made the rest up?

really doesn't look that bad guys, cmon. you comparing it to a top of the range 335 or something?
