Seen a few pics online that suggest they do, that could be reps though. Not seen a UK car in the flesh though.

some info there, I might have to do some more investigation though as thats not conclusive. The pics on there do look good imo.

I think they might be reps as:

Suggests they are E9x fitment only (although that might just be E9x option only), you'd have to check the fitment and offset on the E46 and see if it corresponds to the style 193s.

A GT with the alcantara seats and higher bolsters? That's strange, I find the seats and driving position very comfy and there are a lot of adjustment positions available for the seats and steering wheel. Seats also have lumbar support and adjustment. Although coming from your F10 I can understand how they might feel less luxurious, it sounds to me like your 'mature' body needs something a little more cushioned than a Golf.

When I said the same I just meant Golf. It's a 1.6 diesel hire car and a similar Focus is more comfortable than this. It lets me overtake the locals so I can't complain.

There is something special about the E-type and it's quite a place to be, I've never experienced anything quite like it before. I'm worried that it may have awakened something buried deep inside leading to some kind of classic car ownership!

Couple more from Cheddar :D

If i was gonna have one id have a series 3 v12 auto coupe with air con and ABS retro fitted so it was drivable every day. What a car theres never going to be anything like those again.

@Crizzy was just about to ask if that was Cheddar :p I've been there plenty of times and that road is amazing to drive up / down albeit the bus that goes around and some sharp corners :p

Nice car as well, Looks very clean and smart

They are beautiful cars. The garage my BM goes to restores old cars and always has a few e-types in, makes it worth going there almost!

The garage your Bowel Movements go to?

I'm lost!

(N.B. Not trying to be smart, I work for the NHS and that's what BM means to me :o)

Cracking E-type, I would love to drive one!

Yeah it's a great road especially when the sun is out, been through it many times in my mx5 :)

Really unsure on the interior in that 335, don't get why anyone would have wood trim in a modern coupe, looked good in a dolomite sprint perhaps.

because its the lesser of many evils, changing the trim even if he didnt like it is less hassle than changing many other things, i think hes got a great deal there to be honest
