Show Us Your Motors!

Yup i know i didn't even know honda had such a engine till i found popped the hood when i went to see it.Pretty fun engine and makes a hell of a noise ;)

No i live in Cyprus

I built the engine for a future addition of a Gt2871r capable of 400BP. Thats why I have forged internals.

I put the 225 there as I don't actually know the real power output I don't want to say i have 280 when i may not.

Let me just say its running 25psi peak and holding at 20ish ;). Its going on the rolling road next month for a map as I took the one from my cousins mk2 20vt so its not perfect.

Explains a lot then, no doubt its fun. passengered in a couple of 20vt mk2s

In the same vein, being quicker on track bears to relevance to being quick in the real world.

I'm sure a stripped Saxo VTS would give my 350z a hard time on track and no doubt would be able to lap faster.

However on the road it would be a different story completely. It just depends what you have bought your car for.

Your not wrong but generally something like a mk2 with a 20vt is build for fast road/track usage.

Haha sorry mate you wouldn't want to be here in the summer tho gets over 40c with 130% humidity :/
The humidity is ridiculous! got off the plane there on way back from Bastion, couple of minutes after getting off i felt like i was soaked through! pretty damn uncomfortable especially after the dry heat of the desert, Beautiful country though, wish i could have spent more time and seen more of it, plan to return some day.

Gave her a little clean today while it wasn't raining

Haven't seen any for sale in the UK so myby Honda never shipped any over.
The inline 5 is a fun beast but finding any parts for it is a nightmare since it usess some parts from the 96 accord. And some from the 95 prelude so its hit or miss if I can get the part lol

Yeah I can imagine parts are a nightmare, I'm currently carless as there's a back log on oversized piston rings for my Integra :(

It was a JDM car only, there's loads of cars that they only sold in Japan, different market over there in the 90s, those crazy Japs :D
