who said anything about drifting in front of mates?

its only £200 a tyre so y not do it? so how come you have a car like that? more like your the wannabe fast and furious. wtf JDM?
your car aint that fast i would give it a run for your money

Grow up, people don't mod cars just to race and drfit. They do it because they want to for various reasons, a hobby, show car, to be different etc etc..

Just recently aquired this:

I thought it originally used the 2.7 V6 until the Turbo arrived late on?

The 2.7 V6 was the Honda C26 and was found in the early Vitesses and Sterlings.

After a certain age (not actually sure when, I think sometime around 1995) the Honda C27 was replaced by the Rover 2.5 KV6 for the Sterling and the T16 Turbo for the Vitesse.

edit... That one posted above is a Vitty Sport. Introduced in 1996. Slightly stiffer suspension and bigger brakes as standard... not to mention a power increase to 200PS instead of the original 180PS.

My knowledge on the 800 is quite limited but I'm sure someone on here knows better :)

The original Vitesse Sport had the larger brakes, unfortuneatly Rover being the tight ass's they were decided to put std 800 brakes on most of them as they were more cost effective (already had plenty of spares)

Problem is as my mate the previous owner found out they were rubbish with any heavy braking, before he had these fitted he was going through a couple sets of discs a year

There 328mm AP Racing discs afaik, Brembo calipers custom fitted thanks to reyland rally.

Had to replace the original 17" wheels with 18"s as they were to small for the brakes :p

The engine on it is also a slightly different one as this has the T28 iirc and the larger bore exhaust system.

FSH and it's in showroom condition. Not what I thought I'd be driving something like this at 23, but it's a fantastic car and I'm delighted with it.
