Yes, because lap times are all that defines a cars overall ability :p

 Well the Giulietta QV seems to be marked down for not being as fun as a lot of hot hatch's but for me being in my 40's I have other considerations.

Reasons I preferred it to other cars I could have brought.

Cheap to Insure as it had at the time I brought it the highest Ncap rating in its class and cost me £300 a year to insure.

Comfortable seats not tight bucket seats with plenty of leg room for my 196cm frame.

Looks far better than Octavia, Golf, A3

Is not a BMW;)

To be fair though I have got my eye on either the Alfa 4c or the AMG A45 as a replacement at the end of the 3 years warranty.

What VXR have you got Fox as I do like the looks the new Astra.

That image is worthy of the car porn thread, excellent photo :)

I like you!!!!!!! :p

I really am hankering for a DC2 or DC5...even more so when I saw my insurance on one is under 400 notes. :p

Mate just got a UKDM DC2. Lovely thing!

Wish it was so for me. I'm just over £500 with 9yrs no claims, 27yrs old etc etc

DC2s are silly cheap these days, just find one that's had the suspension refreshed, has an engine that burns no oil or produces smoke and is free from as much rust as possible. Or just get one of these JDM things, then buy a beany hat, spoon low seats rails and a drift charm......................

;)

This is what happens when you leave a dirty car on a main road and it snows, and then the snow melts. :(

This is absolutely filthy!

Added a Cooper spoiler to the tailgate. Turned out ok, covered the holes left by removing the Cooper S spoiler at the very least. Still clean as well, cant last for long...

Interesting gentlemen, interesting. I must admit, I didn't think it looked too bad in real life, not really that noticeable.

The trouble before was the tailgate had two holes in it from the factory spoiler. I had used two white blanking plugs to cover them but it never quite looked right to me. I cant be arsed to take it off again now and the big wing is staying for sure. Like I say, need somewhere to dry my socks.

Haha, by not noticeable I meant the cooper spoiler. The Wing is of course fairly...stand out...

I appreciate the feedback chaps. I would take it off but I like it :D
