Will the servers be on at 1am in the morning, or is the first session on monday evening.

Monday evening. Zipper are based in Washington state, USA so they'll be operating on Pacific time which is 8 hours behind. So if the session was 1am Monday, it would mean they'd be working at 5pm Sunday. Not likely tbh.
