Silverstone F1 tickets?

Kangaroo Tvs are fantastic.

If you are just going race day you can hire them at the track for just the remainig days (only 1 if its race day). At Spa I think they went from 70 Euros for the weekend down to 30 or 40 on Sunday morning for just race day.

Also, gonna try and get to Silverstone for some racing before the F1, Renault World Series maybe. That way I can see what the track is like and move my grandstand if needed.

But then you get a roaming grandstand Friday and Sat anyway, so might just use that to view from the new ones and stick with Luffield B for the race.

Tickets book, 1st time so just gone for general admission tickets. My mate has been a few times as he normally got them free through work but he didn't want to wait and see if mercedes are dishing them out this year. Can't wait!

Ive already got tickets in Luffield A, so this change makes me lose visibility of a corner, but should mean I get a good view down the new straight

Edit: Although it looks like they have chucked a grandstand at the end of the straight so Ill probably be looking into the back of that! Grrr!

Thats a better picture. I was going off the tiny one on the beeb and the autosport. On the new corner there was a large light brown colouring on the edge of the corner. Its the same colour as the other grandstands so assumed the worst.

Woodcote and Pit Straight grandstands have been moves WAAAAAAAAAAAY back from the track. Not that I see any point in watching anything from the pit straight anyway...

first official race is may.... also worth noting that they are NOT building grandstands this year around the new complex so its all general admission with banked viewing areas.
