Doesn't run to anyplace, it's just the lowest point in the loop so i could dump all the water out when i needed to change the loop etc.

Has no colour at the end because i put the dye in after that part was filled.

Ok nice. Is your pump secured or just resting? Hard to see good pump spots in this case!

It was just stuck to the mat.... i would probably think about using a drive bay pump/res combo in this case.

Nope i'm stuck with this now.

Really hate the looks of this thing on the outside and also the screws that secure the window have been screwed in so hard they have flaked a lot of paint off under them making it really visible.... no more cheaping out next time.

Just so I don't forget, I'll post here and compare temperatures tomorrow when I have everything in.

For reference, my 2600k is at 4.5 GHz, 1.368 VCore.

Lian Li V1200 Case

Idle (flat is roasting, got some things running, nothing strenuous):

CPU - 38, 36, 36, 32
HDD - 38, 35, 35, 37, 37
GPU - 64

Load

CPU - 67, 74, 74, 72
HDD - 37, 36, 35, 37, 37
GPU - 80 (using ATI Tool and it seems to be rising slowly)

Yikes at some of the temps, seems stable though. Let's see what the Fortress does.

I've spent a lot of time researching it so I hope you're right. I've also ordered 5 hot swap adaptors for my drives, thought I might as well get them fitted now rather than later down the line. I've also contacted Silverstone with regards to the USB 3 kit and I'm awaiting their reply.

SSD will be ordered when the one I want is back in stock, this rig is coming along nicely.

All in, that took some work!

It's the same size as the outgoing case but the box is massive!

Really impressed. My only gripe are the HDD caddies, they are really flimsy.

Yeah i agree with that , i broke 3 of them , but i did order some more directly from Silverstone.

I wish it had another SSD holder to be honest.

I'm used to servers where the caddies are rock solid. Apart from that, no issues really, the case is awesome.
