SimCity V (2013) - screens/artwork and information

Son just phoned me there asking where his save has gone from the 10 or so hours he has played the game!

I talked him through a couple of things and couldn't get anywhere..

It was only when I asked him to restart that it said server was full.. Please someone tell me that his save isn't linked to one server, tell me not even EA would be that stupid to do that?

I am actually disgusted at this, strong words to use over a game..

Surely they are mis-selling a product, you cannot use it, to continue your enjoyment [/sarcasm] unless you get on a specific server..

I suppose people have been all over this topic in the previous 52 pages!

Once you've played MMO's at release you kinda get used to not being able to gain access to your content due to servers being full. Not saying it's right and/or legal but this isn't just something that is limited to EA.
