Not sure why anyone would really want Fellani at Utd to start with.

If / when the new guy wants to add steel into CM, there are as good if not better players available for the same kind of price

Without a doubt, greatest manager in the history of the game. Huge, colossal achievements at both Aberdeen and Man Utd.

We wont see this repeated i reckon, especially in today's cutthroat climate for managers, where instant success is demanded.

End of an era for Manchester United as one of the most successful managers ever is leaving the management side of the club.

I would disagree with that, but he is without question one of the greatest managers.

Plenty of love around today....

Good riddance. He was the Manager behind the now all too common sight of players answering back and intimidating referees, he took pleasure in deriding the achievements of other managers and was directly responsible for the nastiness and petulance of players like Rooney, Keane, Ferdinand and Gary Neville to name just a few.

Moyes - really?

Uninspiring in the transfer market, apart from Lescott has he bought anyone and sold them on for big money? Even then Lescott was a 10 million pound player max except for City. Uninspiring tactics in derby matches when these matches are often really cagey and lend themselves to being tactically better. Plays mediocre football, lets be honest with the likes of Swansea playing decent football it's no longer an excuse to say that only the very best teams with the best players can play attractive football and be successful.

Look at Klopp's record in the past 5 years, that squad he has built for the money he has spent is obscene - Pretty much all of those players brought in would have been in Everton's reach at some point or another.

Klopp has everything to succeed at Man U - attractive football, develops from the academy, buys young players and makes them into world class footballers, doesn't carry excess baggage, and he speaks English fluently. Seriously why would you go for Moyes when you can have Klopp.

i'm surprised roman hasn't gazumped any chance united had of landing jose by triggering his release fee.

if jose did go to united and it hadn't worked out that would've pretty much ruled out any chance he had of returning to chelsea which is what roman wants imo since pep wouldn't touch chelsea with a barge pole.
