I can't say that sounds like Moyes.
Why? Contrary to popular belief, Everton actually do play attractive football. It's just that we mix it up as well, using the strengths of Fellaini too with long balls up to him. If you look at some of the goals we've scored this season, some of them have been lovely passing moves. Despite what some people believe, it's not all long ball at Everton, we have more than enough ability on the ground too.

Terrible news for man u fans. Great news for the rest of us. Ferguson's had them overachieving for a while. I expect man u to do much worse next season with Moyes.

The sad thing is in 26 years time how many mangers will have come and gone at United? Unlikely to be anyone with as much staying power as him for a long time, if at all.

I was expecting a completely black front page.

You're counting a Champions League qualifier are you?

Yes. I'm being pedantic. So I am counting a Champions League "qualifier" as a Champions League game.

Moyes has experience of it. Getting knocked out of it. Didn't Everton then get knocked out of the UEFA in the next round?

Real Madrid have had 24 different managers during that period
