whats it like in comparison to tony hawks games? i played and completed thps 1 - 4 and then didnt like the new underground and havent played one since.
Tempted to buy today
Skate 1 blew the Tony Hawks game that came out at the same time out of the water imo.
Far better game.

Everything seems fairly quick loading wise, the start of the game is the same as the demo.
I am also sorry to say the vignette effect looks as if its to stay, could not see any options to turn this off in the menu's.

He is talking about the PS3 version which has a mandatory 2GB install.

Anyway, I picked this up for 360 on lunch and got about 20 minutes in. I only really did the same stuff from the demo but it means when I play later it will allllll be new

Ok I think I've found a problem, has anyone done the skate challenge against Koston and someone else? They dont seem to make any mistakes, I've been doing it for about half an hour and I think they've got one letter.

This is one bold statement! THPS4 is probably my most played game of all time (iv finished it 4 or 5 times since i got it)Looks like im picking this up tomrrow morning!

That isn't what he said though. THPG was the one that came out at the time, although imo yes it did blow ALL the Tony Hawks out of the water (and I've been a THPS fan since 2)
