Yes I plan to keep it safe, in the bin!

Good point though as if there ever is any issue I like to have the right kit there before they start blaming my 3rd party kit

Just upgraded my old TP-Link 1043 to an ASUS RT-AC66U running the latest Kong build of DD-WRT. Lovely piece of kit, I'm sure even my wired connections seem faster.

After 2 years of 5Mb down and 0.6Mb up and 40ms pings, I now have this. I'm a happier person in general now

First few hours on fibre, 37.68mb/s upload 1.88 ping 18ms.
I suppose for the carpy supplied router and the fact it still has to settle, I am happy with this.
