What?
You can move to Plusnet if you wish.
Not according to their web chat? And website availability checker..
I thought it odd as PlusNet are owned by BT and I can get Infinity and Sky Fibre so why not PN
Might have to make another call

I find that rather odd as they both use Open Reach wholesale however plusnet also tell me that fibre isn't available in my area, when I've already got it on Sky fibre.
Well I just got off the phone with PlusNet sales and they have a date on their system to say they will be able to provide fibre to my number on or after the 17th of December?
I'll call them after that date and see what they have to sale
Have you tried the address checker instead of telephone?
Lack of cabinet capacity might be an issue, hence the December availability date. Not sure if it affects migrations as well as new installations.
Yes but how come the address checker shows my exchange accepting orders, but plusnet says fibre is not available in my area. I'm not bothered as I've already got sky fibre but plusnet are getting it totally wrong.

This checker - https://www.btwholesale.com/includes/adsl/main.html - it checks individual line availability.
There is no data available for this number. This could be either because it is not a BT line or it is a new BT number that has just been provided. Most new numbers will appear on the checker 24 hours after BT has installed the line.
I think I will be using my get out clause as I am now getting 32mb instead of what I was quoted & the bloke that rang me last night after the alleged no line fault found said I would have accept what I get???? I can get over 60 qith plusnet!
Sky Fibre Unlimited offers maximum download speeds of up to 38Mb and truly unlimited usage.
We estimate the download speed your line could support will be between 40.0 and 40.0 Mb
You should expect a Guaranteed Minimum Access Line Speed of 36.1 Mb
I hate it when I get told things I dont like!! so I think plusnet may get me as a customer!!!
I take it you were quoted the full 40 meg? If so phone sky and ask them to run a service test in case there is a fault.
Is it still the case that you can run your own router with Sky providing you use a compatible one and use wireshark etc?
