Their advertising is really pushing that there isn't one, and I certainly can't find it.

I would like to know for sure if they've ever contacted a user about their usage, but at the moment all signs point to it being actually unlimited.

Was it a new dish?
Or did it have a distribution system already installed?

In the last flat I was in all the eng would've needed to do was connect a cable from the wall to the sky box

If you currently have sky and log into your account theres a tracking tool for usage.
Always says "sorry were unlimited" lol

I've never had a peep out of them and I hammer a fair few hundred GB a month, was even more in the last premises and not a word from them.

I'm just on their Standard ADSL2+ but as far as I understand its the same T+C's

Any existing Sky customers not able to upgrade to Fibre? When I'm signed into My Sky the option to upgrade doesn't exist!

Want to do it online so I can get the Quidco cashback.

Typically, I download + upload about 150-200GB of data.
During the Olympic month, my data transfer for the month (upload+download) was around 300GB.

I've not had any contact from SKY.

got my hacked huwaei hg612.

doesn't anyone know the settings please, to have it setup in bridge modem and the routing done separately.

does sky user atm or ptm

can someone post the config. i would be grateful

never mind i got it working. it uses ptm and vlans 802.11q(101) and 802.11p(2)

Anyone know how DLM works?

The other day I had to reboot my Sagecom router and today I noticed that my sync speed on Pro has dropped from 76337kbps to 68972kbps. It probably changed when I rebooted the router but I didn't check the sync speed straight away. I tried rebooting the modem and router a few minutes ago and the DL sync is pretty much the same.

Should I just wait it out and reboot just the router in a couple of days or should I give Sky a call?
 
Don't touch anything. The line probably resynced by itself and dropped a couple of megabits. Sky support won't do anything about an 8 megabit loss.

Thanks. When you say don't touch anything, do you just mean the modem? Would there be any hard in rebooting the router every now and then to see if there's any improvement?
