ordered on the 15th and still no progress, the website showed as having all the equipment delivered (nothing has arrived) and ready to be setup earlier and now the fibre package has completely vanished from my account. They congratulated me on starting the 12month phone contract with them though! I would not have even changed my phone to them if it wasn't for the fibre.
I am really not impressed with sky, ive had about 5 1hour calls to them so far to try and get stuff sorted, they always tell me they will call back shortly and then never bother.
I get the impression that if your order doesn't go through perfectly then you might as well give up on them.
I am not sure what to do now, they have wasted so much time that my current Be connection is about to run out, I guess ill have to start a new contract and pay all the connection fees since sky were unable to use my mac code before my old contract expired?
