Some customers are paying crazy prices , lucky enough i called the winback team and got big discount on TV & Broadband for another 18 months including the price increase for AprilYes but for all the leavers there are silly people who don't negotiate or can't be bothered and there the ones that continue sky's profits.
The latest price increase is pushing my contract up 17.5%, once again going to cancel mid contract as my contract states the maximum it can be increased is 10%. Only just got the account fixed from the other issues it had.
And another.Another better offer received today, think that's 3 in the pst few weeks.
Still charging for normal HD and i would not waste my money on Sky CinemaAnd another.
Still charging for normal HD
I was paying £56 per month now i have the same package for £34 per month including April new prices so you can get good deals with sky but its hard and stressfullIt literally is almost criminal at this point in time, it's like charging £40 for ADSL2 still.
Had they bothered to send me anything like that within the first couple of weeks after leaving I could have been tempted - more so if the wife had grabbed it before me.And another.
If anybody is struggling to get a good deal - go to the " Winback team " they are apart of Sky not a lot people know about the dept
Asked to be put through , don`t talk to customer service its a complete waste of time
And another.
I'm going to give my notice on Monday, the jump to £108 for signature, movies, sports and 4k and no internet/phone etc is the kick in the teeth I needed to leave.I think this is the year I leave Sky. I don't watch the movies or sport and I begrudge paying for free to air channels. Problem is, I just can't be bothered getting an aerial and running it to every room. I'm hoping Freely is the answer.
Sky must be loosing so many customers each year with the price rise , i don`t think they really care if i am honest
Hate to think how many customers are leaving Sky due to price increase ?
We get your point.Sky must be loosing thousands of customers at this rate due to price rises
With that kind of spend they'll surely give you a good retention deal if you do try to leaveI'm going to give my notice on Monday, the jump to £108 for signature, movies, sports and 4k and no internet/phone etc is the kick in the teeth I needed to leave.
