I'm usually asleep anywhere between 12-3/4am, no matter when I go to sleep I seem to wake up at 8.30; though that might be partially thanks to my neighbours lol
When i was younger i would often survive on just 4/5 hours and sleep 10+ hours on weekends. Now i go to bed at 12:30/1am and wake up at 7am and still religiously wake up at 7am on weekends without an alarm.
As a student in the revision period and I have nothing scheduled but learning, I try to be in bed before 0300, ignore all my morning alarms and get up anywhere from 1300 to 1600.

During the Week then it's between 22:00 and 23:00 up at 05:50. Friday and Saturday night I usually stay up later (01:00 roughly) and get up a bit later depending on when my daughter wakes.
I need 8 hours minimum or I'm not much good for the day ahead. Work nights I'll go to bed anywhere in between 9-10pm and wake up at 5:15am. On weekends I go to sleep whenever I feel like it but I'll usually end up waking up at about 7/7:30am.

I go to bed at 12 as that is what I deem my bed time, I'm not often actually tired at that time, but I know if I don't go to bed I damn sure will be tired in the morning
