I have two young children, so my sleep pattern has been messed up for years. I genuinely try to be in bed by 10-1030 and then i read until 11 before trying to nod off. I usual wake between 5-6am depending on the kids, sometimes earlier and the days when they sleep in until 7am is a heaven.



Averaging 8mph is a little slow, I'm guessing youre in traffic as well?
