Smartwatch Thread (news/apps/updates)

First build number is LWX48P newer one is LWX48T. :)

On the G Watch R side of things after another day the battery is better, and I like the added faces, just waiting for Pujie Black to be updated to the new API so it properly dims again..

Couple of somewhat (apparently) unknown shortcuts..

Double tap the crown button for cinema mode, triple tap is sunlight mode. :)
 
Nothing here either. Motorola once again dropping a *******. The company is on my future avoid list which is annoying as they currently have the Nexus 6 and I assume they will also do the next Nexus phone in 2015. They also have the 360 and Moto G. Their hardware is decent but their public relations is shock to say the very least.
 
It looks like my mrs has bought me a Moto 360 for Christmas, but from reading around it seems I might have been better off with the LG instead. Quite concerned about the reports of battery life on the 360 that can't even last a day of light usage.

4.4W2 improves the battery life on the 360 quite significantly, and on my G Watch R the 5.0.1 update seems to have improved the life even further.

I can't comment on the 360 but my GWR used 25% battery yesterday with heavy use.

If you open the Android Wear app on your phone, it has been updated to include watchfaces etc. Theres a 'more' button which takes you to Play Store.

I had a quick look earlier after receiving the new update this morning & I didn't see the PvZ face. Maybe its not released yet?
