I've never had to adjust the brightness on my Urbane either. I've just left it as it came.

I have mine set to the lowest setting, but leave the screen always on in the low power mode (though I think that may be a function of the watch face I've got installed over a function on the watch itself).

I've had my LG R on mid brightness since I got it (December 2014) and had no problems reading it outside.

Then again, I can't remember when I last saw decent sunshine

is there a watch with gps built in that can work with strava ?

Update: came across the Sony smartwatch 3 SWR50

Its £99 and straps are changeable. Any thoughts on this thanks

Sony might be a good option if it's just for exercise as it's really cheap at the moment. It doesn't have a heart rate monitor though.

yeah, i was looking at the motorola 360 sport which has a hear rate monitor.

but the straps are not changeable and its expensive for what i need it for.

I will only being using it for activity tracker and cycling.

If you just want it for activity tracking, maybe something like a fitbit might be better suited.

Ive got an swr50 smartwatch 3. Ive got the metal band so cant comment of the other bands but its a good watch. Can get a full day out of a charge on it which i think is about average for watches and it syncs fine with my oneplus one running cm13.

On mid brightness it's fine for both.

Could any of you help me with this please.

My uncle wants a 360 2nd gen. Now I've gone through the moto builder on what specs he wants
and it looks just like the ladies version but more cash. Do you think the ladies version would be ok? he has small wrists.

I was building one before christmas,

The strap width seems to be the cost increase, just £30 difference, all options are identically priced.

I will say that the womens version is a much slimmer strap that looks very wrong IMO..

I thought I could have bought a mans strap and swop it over but it looks like it won't fit?
So £260 it is....

Yeah it's only a 16mm strap on the womens version I think, the gap between the lugs is different.

What's a solid sub £100 (I assume sub £50 isn't really viable yet) smartwatch? I'm not sure if I need/have a use for one but I would like to try one out.
