So, the Championship season has started **Spoilers**

Phil Hay (Yorkshire Evening Post reporter) on Twitter: "Managerwise, not a secret that Steve McClaren was in the directors box on Saturday."

Who is responsible for the complete lack of discipline?

How can we be so good defensively, especially from set pieces last season to being absolutely atrocious at them?

We haven't been brilliant, we've played well against woeful sides. We have been well and truly found out and teams can just bully us, TC has done nothing to change the formation and the club have done nothing to help him out in the transfer market.
We are picking up young kids left, right and centre but not buying players where we are short, how did we not pick up a CB before the window closed?! Absolutely woeful planning. Why have we not replaced Ayling when he was out for the season, why is Cooper still near out starting 11 when not suspended. Forshaw playing CB too was the last straw as far as I am concerned.
We're losing out identity as Ian Harte mentioned this week.

Granted, it's not all TC's fault, I can see now why Orta was sacked off from Boro though. Alioski and Saiz can't excuse all the poor decisions he's made. TC has no help but is responsible for the on field antics and we're getting battered each game.

Any point replying to this now? :p

TC gone, incredible, you get no time at all anymore, managers are given no time. 7th manager since 2014, I didn't realise it was that many, Jesus.

It is the clubs failure. Everyone thinks the sun shines out of Radrizzani's back side but he was the one who appointed an unknown manager, he was the one who appointed his back ground staff, mainly Orta who was sacked by Boro. He gave no real funds to improve the team, only bring in young kids.

TC could only get away for being a nice chap for so long, but his tactical choices were poor and he clearly lost the dressing room, how can discipline be that bad? School boy stuff on the field. We used to be great at defending/attacking set pieces, now we are woeful, funnily enough, another Radrizzani choice of bringing in a set piece coach.

I've no idea but the whole thing is just so depressing. I need to do some more reading on this Orta guy, who's responsible for the transfers then? It can't be just him

Who's favourite for the job? Marco Silva would be a good shout, no reason why he shouldn't consider a championship club, you've got Pulis who is far more experienced dropping down to manage.

He's director of football, from my understanding he's pulling the strings for Radrizzani. He controls all transfer activity (ins and outs) and has major say on next head coach, as the coach will be reporting directly to him.

I feel a lot of the fault can (and should) be laid at Orta's feet, TC has been turned into a bit of scapegoat for all of the collective failings.

Oh dear, what's wrong with Leeds? Heckingbottom sounds awful.

Done miracles at Barnsley (if you know your Football League, Robbo ;) )

Excels on shoe string budgets, which is worrying...He is still young though and knows the Championship, which is what most of the fans wanted.

A zillion hours on Football Manager and I don't recognise the name :p :(

I think Leeds should be in the Premier League but they seem totally disorganised from top to bottom.

He took over Barnsley when they were bottom of League 1 and got them promoted the same season, then was doing really well in the Championship until his team was all sold (Hourihane, Winnall, etc)! Struggling this season but like I said, naff all to spend.

Ah ok, he might do well then. I see other clubs like Forest were interested in him and he signed a new deal a few days ago.

Thoroughly underwhelming, but I don't care who manages if they do a decent job.

It's a strange one bearing in mind he openingly admitted he hates Leeds a little while ago...

Definitely happening tonight. He wanted the job so can’t hate is that much! Think he was referring to us when he was a kid and growing up in Yorkshire.

I don't know too much about this guy, his track record is great though, he knows the leagues as well which is essential for the lower leagues. I said it with TC and I'll say it with Heckingbottom, we just need to give the guy time, which includes more than half a season, it takes seasons to realise a vision

Confirmed with a lot of his staff coming too.

Not a lot of time to work with the team before Saturday but finishing the game with 11 men and hopefully a bit of structure to the team and I'll be happy. Despite Sheff U's form, we have to many players out to get anything out of the game, unfortunately.

2-0 :D

Good game that. Graelish was fantastic today and shows what he can do when he's focused and not being a prat. Adomah too was great and Hogan put in a shift even if he didn't get his goal. Solid defensively though not without a wobble or two.
