SATA 2 is backwards compatible isn't it?
Anyone who states that 60GB is not big enough for a boot drive are talking total rubbish. I have Win7, all my drivers, plus my browser on mine and I still have over 25GB spare. At what point are updates/drivers ever going to go past 25GB? Never.
Stonking deal even for a little games drive. Just move games on and off it as you please.
I have 170GB on my C drive so its not total rubbish.
CAn anyone confirm if QUIDSSDFS works?
I said BOOT drive. You telling me your OS runs to 170GB?![]()
My c drive is my boot drive.
Gibbo do you reckon you would get around 100-125 read and write on a Sata 150 chip?
not entirely sure what I'll be using it for, but at that price, figured I'd buy one anyway, will probably end up being my BF3/GW2 drive
That or put in a caddy for removable storage. as someone said earlier, it would be very cruel of you to now find a way to do a bloody silly price on a 240gb drive
