Think I'll leave mine now.
Still waiting/hoping an update that will allow me to run memory higher - and if that comes am sure all my current settings will go out the window.
Oh, and the update to allow downclocking at idle....
Just about to ask about downclock when idle/low load so didn't realise it wasn't a thing yet... just joined the club with an 1800x
It is on the CH6 board. Its in P states in the BIOS. However elmor has just released a program for it so you can do it in windows. Zenstates http://www.overclock.net/t/1624603/rog-crosshair-vi-overclocking-thread/10520#post_26033910

Can someone answer me this please.
I have a 3570K @4.4 and a 1070 GPU is it worth getting a Ryzen 1600 to replace the intel cpu?
Oh and I use my comp for gaming
What games do you play? What resolution? How long do you plan on keeping a new cpu?
