Account has now been suspended. Was becoming seriously childish though.

The Mechanic who was doing the rear left was changed during the race, after the second botched stop he didn't want to do it anymore.

They volunteer to be the pit crew, if they don't want to do it anymore. Fair enough. Someone else stepped in and needed to spend time learning the role.
