Most noticeable thing to take from that is how good Bottas was. Beat Vettel and right up Hamilton’s chuff.

That is because the super softs didn't work! Didn't you see?

Ferrari on softs are as fast as Mercedes on super softs.

When the margins are this tight, as Ferrari have shown small errors/SCs etc can cost you victory. The ferrari was mighty on the softs in race simulations, Q2 and Q3 which is the race tyre, I think Hamilton and Bottas are going to have a hard time shaking them so could be a close race.

Everything will depend on how the tyres will work tomorrow. My guess is that Ferrari won't use the super softs in the race - instead - softs - softs and then medium, or only one pit stop.

Softs for Ferrari, super softs for Mercedes, with timings being in 0.1 of a second.
But both will start the race on softs, where Ferrari is expected to be faster, even though the circuit is claimed to be a Mercedes-circuit.
