Wills, great workout - and HEAVY BSS too! Get the hang on them, and really learn to push through with the glutes and keep your core tight.

Once you've got stable and mastered them, try deficit BSS... they will make you feel like the weakest man in the planet. Horrid but lovely! :D

Not sure I'll be coming to the Strongman Meet (weekend of daughter's birthday), but next time, I'll come along with teh camera for some ultra-homo-ism and anabolic lighting shots.
