That's actually not far off my diet... Apart from slightly more variation, slightly more sweet potato, and quite a bit more chicken.... Then again, I'm only on 2500-2600 atm.
So a truly horrible back session today, hence my rage. Diet has made me exhausted, just couldn't be assed.

Something just went, couldn't brace my torso enough. Probably a weak back still, and PIP in my leg. Decided to call it a day here, at least it was sommat though.
It's just the diet messing with my head atm. Going from 3000+ cals to 2200 over night was gonna be a shocker no matter what. Now having a puppy is keeping me sleepless atm too, oh well
83kg this morning, no idea if I'm still gaining lean mass as well, doubt it at the stage, but at least the weight loss isn't too dramatic! Strength doesn't seem to have dropped at all either. Did a shoulder workout with Chros on Wednesyday: DB Press

Was good having a sesh with Chros tbh, especially after having been up from 4:30am and been driving for 9 hours, whilst on a calorie deficit. I dare say if I worked alone, I would've thrown in the towel long before the end!
