All Deadlifts were done raw, so pleasantly surprised.
 
Was messaging Scott about this yesterday, but shoulder tightness is coming along great, and I've massively improved my ROM when benching even in the last two weeks. Lots of stretches and dislocations, along with loads and unloaded full ROM movements, and it's getting there. All barbell lifts were to the chest, whereas they used to be a couple of inches off. Still lacking a bit of power off the chest but I think that will come with time/adaptation.

Went for 100kg but failed twice, not bad attempts tho, raised a few inches off my chest then stalled, funnily 90kg felt fine - could be confidence or tightness. Or a mixture :)

Cheeky Saturday deadlift session. Training at 10am seemed completely alien to me and breakfast consisting of oats, whey, eggs and beans wasn't ideal pre workout food. So my numbers are poor but better than nowt!

Can I ask what is going on with your gyno issues? I'm very interested as my issues seem a lot worse than yours and wondering what I can do about it.
 
Haha Nick, by the time I get round to doing GHRs, my muscles are absolutely rustled. I dare day fresh I could do a lot more, but by this point I'm constantly fighting off collapsing or cramping muscles :D

First time doing weighted pull ups, so was chuffed hitting 3x8. Just hung a 5kg DB between my ankles, really need to order a dipping belt.
